REPORTS TO: CS Group Directors, Senior Account Supervisors

Direct Reports: Client Services Account Executives

Position Objectives:

  • Provide outstanding service for clients.
  • Manage resource across all accounts to focus on key areas in order to achieve desired results.
  • Retain existing business.
  • Seek to improve efficiencies within the department.
  • Manage the financial goals of accounts in line with the agency’s commercial and business objectives.
  • Assist in media negotiation and booking.

Deliverables:

  • Provide outstanding service.
  • Manage resource across all accounts to focus on key areas in order to achieve desired results.
  • Attract new business and retain existing business.
  • Seek to improve efficiencies within the department and across the company.
  • Manage the financial goals of accounts in line with the agency’s commercial and business objectives.
  • Assist in media buying and strategy with Senior CS members.

Other Duties as Assigned:

AKA is a fluid and rapidly changing organisation. This position profile reflects the general nature and level of work assigned to the role. It does not restrict management’s right to reassign duties or responsibilities at any time based on business needs if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.

Required Experience and Competences:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a marketing/advertising executive (ideally servicing the entertainment industry).
  • Can work autonomously.
  • Actively seeks solutions to problems.
  • Anticipates clients’ needs.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Confidence to make solid relationships.
  • Understanding of all AKA’s services and offerings.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Social Networking platforms.
  • Excels with using PowerPoint.

  • Collating comprehensive meeting notes and communicating action items.

  • Assist in media buying and strategy with Senior CS members

☞ CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

OVERVIEW: The Account Supervisor will be responsible for executing superior service to our clients and will be a leader within the agency.

REPORTS TO: Client Services Director

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, including developing clear objectives and strategy and communicating them to client.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to create and develop campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate and provide creative direction to Client.
  • Translate briefs into action, monitor progress throughout agency and ensure delivery.
  • Support pitches for new business and promote opportunities.
  • Represent the Agency by attending industry and other networking events.
  • Seek to improve efficiencies within the department and company-wide.
  • Oversee Account Managers and Coordinators, including training.
  • Create and manage budget on accounts, including maximizing margins, ensuring weekly billing and providing accurate forecast figures.
  • Lead/assist in media buying strategy with Group Directors.
  • Lead client meetings, including deck organization and work distribution among team.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years as an Account Manager or marketing/advertising executive in the entertainment industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment while actively seeking solutions.
  • Ability to anticipate and deliver to client’s needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and budgeting experience, including Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Powerpoint and various social networking platforms.
  • Knowledge of Broadway industry a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
