The new owners of the iconic Big Apple Circus asked AKA to develop a brand new look and personality to mark their triumphant return to NYC’s entertainment landscape. It was crucial to develop a new brand mark that honored the 40-year legacy of the brand whilst firmly implanting a modern fresh step into the future.

 Through intensive research and study of the brand’s history, AKA developed and tested several key directions for the modern mark against real life applications from stationary, merchandise and apparel to marketing collateral and advertising mediums. 

AKA delivered a final logo mark and campaign art that upholds the brand’s core principles, integrity and personality that were known and loved by the community while also promising a fresh, high quality entertainment offering.
