Earlier this month it was announced that Ntozake Shange’s choreopoem will return to Broadway for the first time, reinvented, directed, and choreographed by “true superstar of theater and dance” (NPR), Tony Award® nominee Camille A. Brown. We’re excited to reveal the fresh new creative for this fully reimagined production, featuring a commissioned illustration by artist Destiny Darcel. for colored girls… will play at the Booth Theater, home to the original 1976 production.
